HOW TO ORDER

  1. Upon receiving your order by e-mail or fax, we will issue a sales confirmation along with information about production time and if it is requested, an estimation of shipping costs.
  2. If you are in agreement by confirming the sales confirmation, we will then request a 50% Deposit of the total value of your goods to our account.
  3. For smaller orders than USD 1000 or Sample orders(handicrafts only), we require full payment in advance.
  4. Upon completion of your order and prior to shipping we will ask you to transfer the remaining balance that is due by the time of shipping.
  5. Payments for shipping is always in USD and we may generally request that shipping costs are directly paid to the shipping company.
  6. Bali Arts & Accessories/Bali Becik is only supplier not shipper.

 

 

HOW TO PAY

 

  1. We can accept your payment in Indonesian Rupiah(IDR) or in US Dollar(USD). For other currencies, please contact us.
  2. If you choose to pay with Indonesian Rupiah you will be required to convert your payment into IDR prior to transfer. Exchange rate will be set at less than the actual bank rate to compensate for any fluctuations that may occur during the transfer and receiving of the payment. In the event we receive a higher amount than the invoiced total, we will credit you this amount in goods of equal value or for future orders. If we receive less than the required amount, we will ask you for further payment or reduce the order equal to this value. No fuss, of course, about a few dollars.
  3. Optional, you can pay by Western Union and PayPal.
